It's missing the cooling fan and the octal socket "jumpers".
I got it on Ebay, and drove to Plymouth to pick it up. I found it sitting on the front steps being protected by a black cat. I thought it kind of funny....the cat and amp being the same color.
It was advertised as non-working and I got it for only $20. It's pretty dirty inside and a bit rusty. Hopefully, nothing is really wrong with it....... I found a few connectors unplugged and one broken wire. Hopefully, it'll clean up okay.
Here is my Photobucket album.

Well, the fan is pretty obvious........ but what are these jumpers you speak of? That sounds like something that plugs into the "Accessory" sockets.
Any idea what the fan voltage is? I may still have some old computer fans...... if I didn't get rid of them, because I was sure I'd never use them.

The fan used was 120vac . . . I think any equipment cooling fan will work.
However, fan noise can be a problem in a home stereo system. You want a quiet fan or limit the speed with a resistor.
The jumpers on the 9400 series power amplifiers were needed to get a signal in without a module plugged into the octal sockets. Just about anything will work as long as it fits snug and conducts electricity. Jumper the two pins at 12 o'clock and the two pins at 3 o'clock.

Ok, Thank You. I haven't had a chance to do anything with it, yet. It's still sitting on the floor. I need to get some light bulbs ordered so I can get a little Pioneer receiver buttoned up, first. My computer needs work too....... I'm going to rebuild it into a different case since I had the power supply go bad it's a pain to get in and out.
